Paul has worked in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail, and food service. In 2001, he became a truck driver, hauling freight across all 48 states. By 2008, he founded his own trucking company, growing it from two trucks to a seventy-truck operation. Building and managing the business gave him firsthand experience in every aspect of entrepreneurship, from operations to finance. Over time, he learned how to hire and empower the right people and strategically grow a business in a highly competitive industry.

Paul’s real estate journey began in 2011 with the purchase of a truck terminal for his company. Seeking to diversify his income, he bought his first rental home in 2012 and expanded into commercial real estate in 2017. He quickly discovered a passion for owning and managing properties while building relationships with other business owners.

After selling his trucking company in 2021, Paul shifted his full focus to real estate. Today, he continues to invest in commercial properties while helping lead Rize Commercial Realty, bringing his wealth of business and real estate experience to every transaction.

In his personal time, Paul enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out, and trying new restaurants.
