Karan Cheema began his career in 2008 working in his family’s trucking business, where he quickly developed a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset. By 2016, he became CEO and led the company through significant growth, expanding operations from just twenty trucks to seventy before successfully selling the business in 2021. Along the way, Karan began investing in commercial properties, managing them himself and discovering a true passion for real estate. He enjoyed connecting with people, negotiating deals, and playing a role in helping other businesses grow and succeed.
 

Driven by this passion, Karan founded Rize Commercial Realty in 2021. His unique background as both a business owner and a real estate investor gives him valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities his clients face. He understands their perspective because he has stood in their shoes, and that experience allows him to build stronger relationships and deliver results that align with his clients’ goals. Beyond serving others, Karan continues to own and manage his own commercial properties, keeping him closely connected to the market he serves.
 

For Karan, real estate is far more than a career—it’s something he truly enjoys and feels fortunate to do every day. 

Outside of work, he loves spending time with family and friends, staying active through biking, and traveling to explore new places.
