In his 3 years of being a broker, Harjod has led acquisition and disposition efforts of $5 million in Industrial investments, while also supporting businesses with site selection, lease negotiations, market positioning, and property valuations. His ability to bridge the gap between real estate fundamentals and financial insight stems from his academic background in Finance and Real Estate through the Kelley School of Business—equipping him to assess opportunities through both a strategic and analytical lens.
